Note:Data obtained over a substrate concentration range from 40 - 500 µM give a poor fit to the Michaelis-Menten equation. The tolbutamide 4-hydroxylase activity of CYP2C18LR Bactosomes at 500 µM tolbutamide is approximately 0.5 pmol/min/pmol CYP.
