Immunoinhibition
of UGT activity:
There
are no data available on the use of this antiserum for the inhibition of UGT activity.
IgG prepared from this antiserum has been shown to inhibit UGT activity towards
1-naphthol, testosterone and bilirubin in Lubrol PX-solubilised rat liver microsomes:
